A large enough stone strategically placed will always impede flow or stop travel. The sails want to move things but the stone holds everything in place. Even though the stone is bound, it acts as an anchor. Above are galvanized corrugated sheet steel rising up to carry the sculpture away. Circles and triangles help to provide the sun and a horizon.
